Trazcon® Anti-Static systems are a PMMA based static dissipative floor finish which offer electrical resistance of 1×10⁶Ω < RE < 1×10⁸Ω.

Traditionally anti-static flooring was made up of a primer, copper strips, independent wiring and an epoxy coating which requires 7 days for a full chemical cure.

The Trazcon® Anti-Static system contains an anti-static powder in the seal coat and like all our Trazcon® resin systems it has a rapid one hour cure time, meaning it’s ready for foot & vehicular traffic just one hour after installation. Our system is dissipative which means that it does not require copper strips and independent wiring. This coupled with the one hour cure time makes for a much faster installation and importantly also means that patch repairs where necessary can be carried out in the future without the need to cut channels for regrounding as is the case with the traditional system. The simple refurbishment and maintenance capabilities of our anti static flooring make it the preferred choice for clients including GSK and Pepsico.
